RN

Qualifications:
a) Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing currently licensed in the state to practice professional nursing, or holds a current state permit to practice.
b) Must have at least one-year experience in the Hospice setting or Hospital setting.
c) Must demonstrate the physical and mental skills necessary to assess and monitor the patient’s condition and reactions to treatments.
a) Valid Texas Driver’s License and current Automobile Liability Insurance.
b) Current CPR certification.
d) A yearly negative TB test or Chest X-Ray (2 years).
e) A current Texas Nursing License
f) Current immunizations.
g) Must be clear of criminal charges and a clear history within the past 5 years
h) Must be able to lift 40 lbs. without medical restrictions
i) Must read, write, and speak English fluently

ALL SHIFTS, PART TIME AND PRN
Salary will be discussed upon interview

LMSW

a) Master's degree from a school accredited or approved by the Council on Social Work Education and licensed in the State of Texas
b) Experience with families/caregivers and patients through death/dying issues
c) Minimum of one year's experience in health care, hospice experience preferred.
d) Understands hospice philosophy, and issues of death/dying.
e) Valid Texas Driver’s License and current Automobile Liability Insurance.
f) Current CPR certification.
g) A yearly negative TB test or Chest X-Ray (2 years).
h) Current immunizations.
i) Must be clear of criminal charges and a clear history within the past 5 years
j) Must be able to lift 40 lbs. without medical restrictions
k) Must read, write, and speak English and Spanish fluently
